Single event bookings

When you book a single event, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, country and booking details to process the booking, send your ticket and manage event admission. Booking does not create an attendee account.

We use the IP geolocation service ipwho.is to estimate your current connection country for regional pricing. This requires sending your IP address to that service. If the location cannot be detected, you will be asked to select your current country. Connection country is not proof of citizenship.

Payments are processed by Fawaterk. We send the booking reference, event and customer details needed to issue the invoice; we do not store your payment card details. Confirmation tickets are sent using our email provider. Your ticket QR code identifies your booking and should not be shared publicly.
